Do you have some experience with basic water quality testing? Have you ever thought about being a volunteer instructor for the ISAWWA? The ISAWWA offers a hands-on water quality testing class in northeastern Illinois. We would like to offer this class all over the state and are looking for volunteer instructors. The best part is, we will assist you in finding a presentation location, we will advertise the class, provide you the presentation and even loan you the test equipment and supplies.
To kick off this effort, we are offering a “train the trainer” class at the ISAWWA annual conference. During this two-hour session, we will review the presentation and use of the equipment and test kits. The tests include chlorine, phosphate, iron, alkalinity, hardness, pH, and conductivity.
If you would like to train others in basic water quality testing, or even if you are just thinking about it, please consider attending this class. We need you!
